Guidance Updates

Following recent Board and legislative updates, the CCB has updated the following guidance documents:

  • Purchase Limit Guidance: This document is largely unchanged from its 2023 version, except that the statutory 2oz limit for flower purchases has been noted.

    • Please note: The 2oz. purchase limit applies to flower only. Cannabis products remain at the limits set in the guidance linked above. The Board will discuss product equivalencies in working groups before issuing revised guidance.

  • Action Limits and Parameters: During its June meeting, the Board voted to set tolerance thresholds applied by the Product Registration team (<3%) in determining when a product is adulterated by novel THC isomers. Those thresholds have been noted in this lab testing guidance.
