  • Possession limits – The bill doubles the current adult-use possession limits. Effective July 1.
  • Outdoor cultivators – The bill lowers licensing fees for this cultivation type. Effective July 1, 2027.

Enhanced budtender training — update

The CCB heard the feedback from the community regarding the desire for another training opportunity as soon as possible and we worked with our vendor, Cannify, to get an additional training scheduled this week.

The next Cannify budtender training is currently scheduled for Thursday, June 25.

Those who have registered for the training have already been contacted by both CCB staff and Cannify with instructions regarding account setup, course preparation, and attendance information.

A note to all registrants: please make sure to complete all required pre-training work and plan to attend the live session. If we do not receive the necessary number of registration confirmations, we may need to reschedule the class.

Thank you to everyone for your continued engagement and flexibility as we work to provide additional training opportunities to the community.
