The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is issuing this notice of voluntary recall for multiple Pop’s Weed infused flower products due to incomplete and incorrect regulatory compliance testing, packaging and labeling safety issues, and labeling that is attractive to children.

DCC is issuing this notice of voluntary recall for a single Emerald Bay Extracts tablet product due to inaccurate labeling for cannabinoid potency.

Consumers 

If you purchased these products:

  • If you are experiencing symptoms or any adverse reactions, contact your physician immediately.
  • Check your package for the UID and batch numbers included in this recall.
  • If the numbers match, dispose of the product or return it to the retailer for proper disposal.

Licensees 

DCC and/or the Distributor will send email notices to all licensees with a recalled product in their inventory with instructions. If you have questions, or need additional information, please contact recalls@cannabis.ca.gov
