Canna-Lean THC tincture

On December 23, 2025, the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) issued a notice of voluntary recall for multiple Canna-Lean THC tincture products due to McHenry Business Services LLC operating as a distributor without a distribution license. On January 9, 2026, two batches of Canna-Lean THC tincture were added to the original recall.

Consumers

If you purchased these products:

  • If you are experiencing symptoms or any adverse reactions, contact your physician immediately.
  • Check your package for the UID and batch numbers included in this recall.
  • If the numbers match, dispose of the product or return it to the retailer for proper disposal.

Licensees

DCC and/or the Distributor will send email notices to all licensees with a recalled product in their inventory with instructions. If you have questions, or need additional information, please contact recalls@cannabis.ca.gov
