Flower, pre-roll and infused pre-roll products packaged by The Higher Path

The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is issuing this notice of voluntary recall for multiple flower, pre-roll and infused pre-roll products packaged by The Higher Path due to incomplete and incorrect regulatory compliance testing.

The flower products have been sold under various brand names, including but not limited to Higher Premium Indoor Ilower.

The pre-roll and infused pre-roll products have been sold under various brand names, including but not limited to The Artist Tree, Sweet Flower, and MMD.

If you are experiencing symptoms or any adverse reactions, contact your physician immediately.
Check your package for the UID and batch numbers included in this recall.
If the numbers match, dispose of the product or return it to the retailer for proper disposal.
