Notification of Voluntary Recall September 10, 2026 Iced infused flower

The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is issuing this voluntary recall for multiple Iced infused flower products because cannabis used to make these products was produced under unsanitary conditions and the methods, facilities, or controls used to cultivate the cannabis did not conform with pesticide statutes and regulations.

Consumers

If you purchased this product:
  • If you are experiencing symptoms or any adverse reactions, contact your physician immediately.
  • Check your package for the UID and batch number(s) found on the recall page linked above.
  • If the numbers match, dispose of the product or return it to the retailer for proper disposal.

Licensees

DCC and/or the Distributor will send email notices to all licensees with a recalled product in their inventory with instructions. If you have questions, or need additional information, please contact recalls@cannabis.ca.gov.
