NY Discovers METRC !!

Even though nobody deserves METRC my sympathy level for NY does drop off somewhat.

They only need to have paid the slightest bit of attention in other states for the past 6 + years and bitten the head of the hydra off before it got a toehold.

You’ll just have to wait for METRC to be bought by Palantir or go into administration!

It is so sad and disappointing that New York State Office of Cannabis Management willingly and complicitly allows the theft of its licnesees. Allowing METRC to rob licensees in broad daylight in front of everyone is very hurtful. Legislators along with OCM should not have agreed or allowed this to get this far. This must be stopped. Take that METRC cost from the millions that is made from the excise tax. NYS needs to eat crow on those tags, not licensees. Licensees should not be held accountable for NYS errors and missteps. NYS needs to take some accountability and start making better decisions. The way licensees are being taken advantage of by NYS and METRC is disturbing and must be investigated. STOP THE METRC TAGS FEES IMMEDIATELY!
