Portland, OR —  At its monthly meeting February 22, 2018, the Commissioners of the Oregon Liquor Control Commission ratified the following fines and/or marijuana license suspensions and destruction orders based on stipulated settlement:

Oregon Genetics, Benton County; will pay a fine of $6,105 or serve a 37-day recreational marijuana processor license suspension for two violations.  The first violation is for the licensee or its employees, agents, or representatives operating other than as their license permits by transferring, selling, transporting, purchasing, or receiving marijuana items when it transferred, sold or transported cannabinoid extracts to a Producer licensee.  The second violation is for is for the licensee or its employees, agents, or representatives transferring marijuana items exceeding one pound in weight, specifically cannabinoid concentrate or extract, without generating a manifest at least 24 hours in advance of initiating transportation of the marijuana items.  Licensee is Pacific Commercial Holdings, Inc.; Caleb Mata, member
