Our client is searching for a partner-level corporate attorney with a significant portable book of business to join their prestigious and well-known national boutique firm. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone with a solo-practice or small firm that they would like to be assumed by a great firm so they no longer have to focus on administrative tasks and can simply focus on practicing law again. They are interested in corporate practice books that could easily assume into their firm’s business model. If you’ve been considering transferring your own practice, let’s have a conversation! The firm has more than 85 employees, including about three dozen attorneys, working out of offices in Denver, Boston, Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Ann Arbor, Austin, and Jacksonville. They also maintain strategic relationships with a number of leading firms around the U.S. and across the globe that specialize in areas of the law that are critical to cannabis clients.

Our client will negotiate a significant compensation package dependent on the book of business to transfer.
