Senior Associate Attorney – Entertainment/IP
Nolan Heimann LLP is seeking a senior level IP/entertainment transactional associate to join this growing boutique. The associate will assist in structuring, negotiating, and drafting media, entertainment, and intellectual property transactions, including acquisitions, development, production, finance, talent, distribution, licensing, endorsements, strategic ventures, and collaborations. Our clients span start-ups to well-known international brands, and include established creators, influencers, producers, talent, and leading location-based entertainment businesses.
The candidate should have, at least, 7+ years of experience in IP, entertainment law or both. Matters on which the candidate will work will be diverse, involving cannabis-related matters, content production, licensing and merchandising, monetizing intellectual property, digital media, interactive experiences, influencer and sponsorship deals, traditional entertainment, and NFTs. The candidate must be admitted to the California Bar, have worked in the intellectual property or entertainment law practice group of a well-established regional or national law firm, and have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Pay: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
