South Australia: Backyard cannabis plants uncovered at Murray Bridge

A woman will face court after police located cannabis plants at a home in Murray Bridge East today.

At about 10.40am on Wednesday 15 April, Murray Bridge police attended a property on Kepa Road for an unrelated enquiry, when they allegedly located two mature cannabis plants growing in the backyard.

A 27-year-old woman from the address was interviewed and reported for cultivating cannabis. She will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.

The cannabis plants were seized.
