TDA and TABC entered into an agreement whereby anyone licensed by TDA by 12/31/25 will stay subject to TDA’s rules and the prior law until 6/30/26
Therefore withdraw its repeal of regulations (link in comments) so TDA licensees will still be subject to some yet of regulations
Anyone not licensed by TDA will be required to obtain a license by TABC by 1/1 and will operate under the new law and the emergency rules
Licensing is expected to open mid-Dec and the lab license is already live
