The University of Lynchburg has launched new online Cannabis Career Certificate programs in partnership with Green Flower, a leader in cannabis education.
According to the university, the programs are designed to prepare students for the cannabis industry’s most in-demand roles and offer a structured entry point into the field.
School officials said specialized programs will be available in cannabis cultivation, product development, retail and sales, compliance and medical cannabis.

Zinn III, executive director of the Professional Development Institute. “We’ve seen the strongest interest in medical and healthcare-focused cannabis courses, which aligns with the University of Lynchburg’s strengths in health sciences and medical education.”
