For the next round of microbusiness licensing, the Division of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) will issue four wholesale and two dispensary licenses per congressional district along with additional licenses including those necessary to meet the minimum 144 microbusiness licenses as required in Article XIV, Section 2 of the Missouri Constitution.
The table below shows the number of current, active microbusiness licenses as of July 7, 2026, for each congressional district.
