More than 100 pounds of marijuana worth about $300,000 was found during a traffic stop in South Carolina, according to the Florence County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said a probable cause search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of more than 100 pounds of marijuana.
The estimated street value of the drugs seized is approximately $300,000, authorities said.
Deputies arrested Hongzhou Yu, 34, of California, for trafficking in marijuana.
Yu was taken to the Florence County Detention Center while awaiting a bond hearing.
