Today, she uses her collective experience to help financial institutions with compliant cannabis banking programs.

Mr. Fay is a skilled investment manager with over 20 years of experience raising and deploying capital in niche alternative investments. Prior to joining Coda Capital, Mr. Fay was a Senior Vice President at nationally recognized student housing investor Campus Apartments, where he successfully managed their $2bn student housing portfolio. Mr. Fay was the Head of Special Situations for Doral Bank where he restructured and sold a $1bn portfolio of non-performing loans secured by commercial real estate in Puerto Rico. Mr. Fay started his career in the investment banking program at Bank of America where he completed their intensive credit analyst program.
Dotan Y. Melech
Co-Founder and CEO, CTrust
Dotan Y. Melech is the co-founder and CEO of CTrust, a credit rating and monitoring agency for the cannabis industry. He previously led United AMS, an asset management service company, and served as a Federal Bankruptcy Trustee on thousands of cases. With extensive experience in receivership, bankruptcy, restructuring, and risk management, Melech is a recognized expert in distressed assets. He has won an innovation award from The Washington Business Journal and contributes to Forbes, Benzinga, and mg Magazine. A veteran with a BS in Engineering and an Executive MBA, Melech lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife Tracy and their four children, and is an avid tennis player and Vistage member.
