FDACS passed hemp rules that were approved by the USDA allowing for the licensing and permitting of hemp companies throughout the hemp supply chain; the dispensary cap in Florida Statute Section 381.986 expired allowing MMTC’s to open up more dispensaries; and the Florida Supreme Court is considering the constitutionality of the vertically integrated structure for MMTC’s.
