The Met’s East Area Drugs Focus Desk, supported by neighbourhoods officers, conducted a drugs warrant at the commercial premises.
On entry, police found it was being used as a cannabis factory.
Detective Sergeant Owen Morgan said: “A seizure of this magnitude will undoubtedly have an impact on drugs supply on London’s streets.
“We know that there is a link between drugs and violent crime, with both having a devastating impact on our communities.
“We remain focused and committed to disrupting and preventing drug supply in Havering, Redbridge and Barking and Dagenham.
