Cornwall (UK): Bodmin police cut door in half and find cannabis plants during drugs raid at house

Cannabis plants have been found inside a Cornish home during a drugs raid this weekend.

Officers had to cut the front door in half to get into the property, which is located in Bodmin.

Two property searches for drugs were carried out in the town on Saturday (January 8) and drugs were found in both of them.

Pictures shared by Bodmin Police show the door of the property where cannabis plants were found – after it was cut in half – and several cannabis plants being grown inside the property.

A spokesperson for the team on Sunday said: “Yesterday afternoon (Saturday, January 8) we started the year off as we mean to go on… with two successful property searches for drugs.
