Inspired by the Telugu film Pushpa, smugglers stored marijuana under the top of Bolero vehicle in Alluri Sitharamaraju district of Andhra Pradesh. Police have arrested the accused and also seized the cannabis.

Police arrested two members of a smuggling gang and seized 130 kg of marijuana from their possession in Alluri Sitharamaraju district of Andhra Pradesh on Sunday.
The accused, who were inspired by the 2021 Telugu movie, Pushpa: The Rise, had concealed the cannabis under the top of a Bolero vehicle.
The drug seizure was made by the Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) in Kinchamanda village of Dumbriguda Mandal.
PUSHPA MOVIE STYLE SMUGGLING
Trying to emulate the smuggling shown in the movie Pushpa: The Rise, the accused had stored the cannabis in the top portion of the vehicle by setting up a special shelf. They were trying to cross the state border.
Suspicious, the SEB Police intercepted the Bolero vehicle and upon checking, 130 kg of marijuana was found concealed on the top portion of the vehicle.
