He began his career as general counsel for a Denver-based e-commerce company, guiding it through an aggressive mergers and acquisitions program in addition to ordinary general counsel responsibilities.
Chris has since built an active management consultancy in partnership with an HR professional which primarily serves risk management and business development functions for clients in high-risk niche verticals, including the sale of hemp-based and CBD-infused products. He joined the Hoban Law Group’s Massachusetts team in the Spring of 2017, where he brings his business and management experience along with his legal expertise to HLG’s New England-area clientele.
