Lucy Toll was told by magistrates their powers of sentencing were insufficient and she will now have to wait to learn her fate.
The 25-year-old admitted supplying a controlled drug of Class A (cocaine), supplying a controlled drug of Class B (cannabis), supplying a psychoactive substance and acquire/use/possess criminal property when she appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court.
The court heard the drug dealing took place between January 1, 2019 and December 4, 2020, in Newent, Gloucestershire.
Toll, of Melville Street, Salford, Greater Manchester and previously of Foley Road, Newent, Gloucestershire, also denied a charge of knowingly/recklessly obtaining or disclose personal data without consent of controller.
The charge of that offence reads: “(Toll) on February 16 2021 at West Mercia Police headquarters without the consent of the controller, knowingly or recklessly disclosed personal data.”
After deliberations, Kevin Lloyd-Wright, chairman of the magistrates bench, said they were declining jurisdiction in the case saying the sentence would be beyond their powers.
Mr Lloyd-Wright told Toll to attend Worcester Crown Court on March 9 for her sentencing.
