Associate Attorney
LevitanLaw is a small, dynamic law firm specializing in the representation of Tribal governments.
LevitanLaw is seeking an associate attorney with 3-10 years of experience. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter, adaptable, and excited to work with a wide range of subject areas.
This associate will have a strong interest in Indian law and will seize the opportunity to learn and practice in a small, progressive firm with a vibrant practice focused on tribal governance, cannabis, renewable energy, gaming, and general economic development. This associate will have substantial direct client contact and will manage projects.
LevitanLaw prides itself on maintaining established long-term client relationships based on integrity, exceptional client service, and providing innovative solutions to complex issues.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience
- Law degree
- Bar membership in good standing (any state or DC)
- Attention to detail, focus, and organizational skills
- Exceptional research, writing and analytical skills
- Work is remote, not required to move
- Provide own computer
- Work well independently
- Some travel required
- Some experience in Indian law preferred
