I am very pleased to announce that Amber M. Naiman has joined Clark Hill Law, Denver. She has joined our corporate group after working with some of the region’s most reputable commercial law firms. Amber was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 2016, and has developed a reputation as a thoughtful, diligent, experienced, business-savvy, and effective transactional attorney and dealmaker.
She focuses her practice on corporate law and highly regulated industries; representing companies at all stages of their development; and, she has represented clients in the M&A, banking and financial sectors.
