The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board would like your input on the attached proposed amendments to Marijuana Advertising Rules in Chapter 314-55 WAC. These proposed rules are to implement recent changes to advertising by marijuana businesses in state law (RCW 69.50.369).

NOTICE OF RULE MAKING – Emergency Rules – #17-25
The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board filed Emergency Rules with the Code Reviser’s Office for Chapter 314-60 WAC regarding public records.
The board approved filing emergency rule WAC 314-60-095, Costs for public records to be able to assess costs for providing public records as a result of the passage of HB 1595 during the 2017 Legislative Session. The rules become effective November 16, 2017, and expire March 18, 2018. Permanent rulemaking on this subject is in progress.
