Sushi by Bou is a speakeasy restaurant with locations across New York – but boasts one major point of difference to its competitors.
Instead of a traditional fish delicacy to munch away on, its sushi dishes include hemp infusions – and cannabis mocktails are also on the menu.
According to content creator Morgan Raum, who recently visited the chain’s Flatiron restaurant, servers infuse the sushi with hemp-derived cannabis using a needle – right in front of you.
