Alert: The Social Equity Program Application Clinic in Lawrence is Coming Up!

The Cannabis Control Commission will host the first of six Social Equity Program (SEP) Application Clinics on Saturday, March 2, from 12 – 2 p.m. at the Vault Function Hall located at 238 Essex Street, Lawrence, MA 01840. There, the agency’s Equity Programming and Community Outreach (EPCO) team will provide dedicated one-on-one assistance to prospective applicants.

Participants will receive support in the following areas:

  • Creating an account through the online Massachusetts Cannabis Industry Portal (MassCIP), thereby enabling participants to walk away with a fully set-up MassCIP account;
  • Understanding eligibility criteria for acceptance into the SEP;
  • Learning about required and accepted documentation;
  • Clarifying benefits offered to participants accepted into the SEP; and
  • Answers to frequently asked questions.

Please note: participation in one of these sessions is not a requirement to gain entry into the SEP and you do not necessarily have to attend the Application Clinic closest to you. Attendees are encouraged to join as many application clinics as they wish.
