The Marijuana Enforcement Division has issued an Industry Bulletin regarding the opportunity for the public to review the ASTM Standard. The State Licensing Authority adopted rules in 2023 that require Regulated Marijuana Cultivation Facilities that are exercising Reduced Testing Allowance (RTA) privileges to implement the ASTM Standard (see Rule 4-120 (B)(1)(b), effective July 1, 2024). Licensees who are exercising RTA privileges must be aware of and must implement the principles of the ASTM Standard effective July 1, 2024.
