Cocaine Charges Dropped Against Attorney Arrested During Boca Bash

A Boca Raton attorney charged with BUI and cocaine possession during Boca Bash is facing charges no more. After BocaNewsNow.com asked questions about the arrest carried out by Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officers during the April 28th event on Lake Boca, the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office declined to prosecute Attorney Zach Chikovsky.

Friends of Chikovsky immediately questioned the charges once records of his arrest were released. Chikovsky, according to multiple friends and sources, is not a drug user. He allegedly told FWC officers that the white substance around his nose — seen during a random boat check — was sunscreen. They allegedly did not believe him and booked him on both “boating under the influence” and drug possession charges. But upon his release — just hours after his arrest — Chikovsky obtained an independent drug test that proved there was nothing in his system.
