A man carrying more than 120g of cannabis was caught by police after they helped him move his shopping trolley of personal belongings off the road.

Bud Harold Batty…. told police he was trying to walk home to Southern Cross when they found him, his dog and a shopping trolley partially blocking a lane on Anzac Drive on April 5.
