Public Health and Safety Bulletin 2024-01
The Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) issues this Public Health and Safety Bulletin 2024-01 on June 21st, 2024, advising consumers and patients to exercise caution when consuming the cannabis that is the subject of this notice.
The following cannabis packages passed laboratory testing. However, the products were mislabeled at a 1:1 ratio of THC to CBD, when in fact it was produced at a 2:1 ratio of THC to CBD. The THC was labeled correctly; however, the label shows 10mg of CBD when it was tested at only 5mg CBD per serving. The CCB advises consumers to take caution when consuming the identified lot number(s):
