BREAKING NEWS;

Per sources, the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission’s (CCC) embattled director of licensing, Kyle Potvin, has resigned.

This, amid confirmed reports of hundreds of thousands of dollars in missing CCC license fees.

Potvin, in the fall of 2023, was also alleged to have been leaked information from a confidential CCC report into currently suspended CCC Chair Shannon O’Brien – a leak that O’Brien alleged, in court filings, was designed to “take out” the chair for trying to reform an internal agency culture defined by nepotism, conflicts of interest and complacency.

This is a breaking story. More as I know it.
