Karma Koala Podcast 206: Jodi Green Founder Antithesis Law – Building One’s Own Psychedelic Law Firm From Scratch & Developing A Practice That Can Benefit A Plethora Of Different Clients
In this week’s edition of the Karma Koala podcast we steer away from cannabis and talk to lawyer & entrepreneur Jodi Green about taking the plunge and deciding to found a psychedelics law firm,, Antithesis Law PC. At the firm, Jodi is joined by two Of Counsel: Matthew Brockmeier, based in Colorado, and Karina Bashir, based in Washington DC. All three are Board Members or Stewards of the Psychedelic Bar Association and are dedicated to serving companies operating in the psychedelics space.
Remember, only a handful of people have decided to go down this path so far.
We talk about the practicalities, the opportunities, the differences between psychedelics law and cannabis law, the need to be able to develop the practice to encompass other work but most importantly to use the practice of law to improve psychedelics outcomes for patients, business, the professions and, of course, government and the wider community.
Psychedlics law may well become one of the prisms we look through as we head further into the century on how to understand how law interacts with the huge changes and challenges we all face as technology, science and humanity face a myriad of changes ahead.
