The LCB is holding two online public meetings to get feedback on draft rules to implement 2SHB 2151 (Chapter 69, Laws of 2024) which transfers authority for accreditation of cannabis testing laboratories from LCB to the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA). Session input will help shape proposed rules the LCB Board will be asked to approve for the proposed rules CR-102 filing. Both sessions cover the same topics. For those unable to attend, please provide feedback on the draft rules by Wed., Feb. 12, 2025, 5 p.m. to have it considered for the CR-102 filing. Feedback can be sent to LCB at [email protected].

During the meetings, please keep the following in mind:
- Sessions will be recorded and are subject to public disclosure. The purpose of the recordings is to make sure we collect all feedback. The recordings will be posted on the LCB Current Rulemaking webpage.
- The Teams chat feature will be on. Questions submitted in chat will be saved in the rulemaking file and are subject to public disclosure.
- Questions and comments in the session’s Team chat will be addressed at the end of the session.
