In this Lecture, I cover the second half of the federal Religious Freedom and Restoration Act of 1993 (42 U.S.C. 2000bb-(2) through (4). These sections cover the definitions, applicability, and establishment clause portions of the statute. Next, we will be moving on to analyzing the viability of entheogen-based free exercise claims both before and after the passing of RFRA. Subsequently, we will dive into specific entheogen-based free exercise cases post-RFRA. Stay tuned you won’t want to miss it!!!
