New Patreon Video Release – Fourth Lecture Series, Video 6!

Exploring Post-RFRA Case Law on Entheogens

The sixth installment in my Fourth Lecture Series on State and Federal Free Exercise Rights is now live on Patreon!  This is the first in a multi-part deep dive into post-RFRA (November 1993) case law involving entheogens, where we examine how courts have interpreted and applied RFRA protections in entheogenic religious practice.

What’s Covered in This Video?
U.S. v. Meyers (D. Wyo. 1996) – Landmark case defining what constitutes a religion under the law.
Uniao do Vegetal (UDV) – 2002 District Court Opinion – The first time the government was forced to present its experts in court under RFRA… and failed to meet its burden.

This is only the first in this subtopic – expect at least 2-3 more videos covering critical cases that shaped RFRA’s application to entheogenic religious practice.

More videos to come! If you’re serious about understanding how entheogens have been defended in court, you won’t want to miss this series.
