Sky News host James Macpherson has weighed in on the Greens’ proposal to legalise cannabis.
The Greens have reiterated their determination to introduce legalised cannabis, particularly if they hold the balance of power in a minority government with Prime Minister Albanese.
Greens Senator David Schoebridge argued that it’s “high time to legalise cannabis”, citing the potential tax revenue as a major benefit.
“That’s just what we need when productivity is down the toilet. We need the introduction of cannabis so we can all just chill out. That’ll really help the country,” Mr Macpherson said.
