The Marijuana Enforcement Division is issuing a corrected Health and Safety Advisory specific to Green Street LLC, originally issued on March 7, 2023. The enclosed corrected HSA removed the dba (doing business as) associated with Green Street LLC. The dba is registered with two of the Regulated Marijuana Store licenses that sold the contaminated Regulated Marijuana but is not associated with the Regulated Marijuana Cultivation licenses that produced the marijuana at issue.
