In the Marijuana Enforcement Division’s January 18th Industry Bulletin re: Reduced Testing Allowance Attestation & Certification Fee, the Division stated that any Licensee that achieved their Reduced Testing Allowance before January 8, 2024 would have until January 31, 2024 to submit the required fee and attestation. The Division also stated that Licensees would have the ability to submit the attestation and fee online the week of January 22nd.
The Division has encountered issues with accepting online payments for the Reduced Testing Allowance Certification Fee and we are working with our vendor to resolve this as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience that the online submission and payment option is still not available.
Due to this delay, the Division is extending the deadline for Licensees that achieved Reduced Testing Allowance prior to January 8th to submit their attestation and fee from January 31, 2024 to February 29, 2024. Licensees can still submit the attestation and fee using the other methods described in Industry Bulletin 24-01 or may wait until the online option is available. The Division will notify Licensees when the online submission option is available.
