The Marijuana Enforcement Division has issued an Industry Bulletin to provide guidance to licensees seeking to utilize Reduced Testing Allowance (RTA) privileges. In addition, MED has published an internal audit checklist for those Regulated Marijuana Cultivation Facilities that are using RTA privileges for microbial contaminant testing. Although the internal audit only applies to certain licenses, the Division believes it is a best practice for all Regulated Marijuana Cultivation licenses to apply the checklist in their facility as well.
