NEW YORK STATE CANNABIS PRODUCT QUARANTINE
This is a notification that the New York State Office of Cannabis Management is currently investigating product related concerns and is issuing a quarantine of cannabinoid hemp products branded under the name, “Sky High by Eat Sky High.”
These products include, but are not limited to the following:
- Sky High – Green Apple Sorbet – 200 mg THC-A – Frozen
- Sky High – Barbeque Sauce – 250 mg THC-A Condiments
- Sky High – Chocolate – 200 mg THC-A – Frozen
- Sky High – Watermelon Sorbet – 200 mg – Frozen
- Sky High – Cookie Monster – 200 mg THC-A – Frozen
- Sky High – Snickers – 200 mg THC-A – Frozen
- Sky High – Pineapple Express Sorbet – 200 mg THC-A Frozen
- Sky High – Mango Sorbet – 200 mg THC-A Frozen
- Sky High – Coconut Cream – 200 mg THC-A Frozen
- Sky High – Cookies N Cream – 200 mg THC-A Frozen
- Sky High – Passion Fruit Sorbet – 200 mg THC-A Frozen
- Sky High – Fruity Pebbles – 200 mg THC-A Frozen
- Sky High – Ketchup – 250 mg THC-A – Condiments
- Sky High – Sweet Chill – 250 mg THC-A Condiments
- Sky High – French Dressing – 250mg THC-A Condiments
- Sky High – Caramel Drizzle – 250mg THC-A Condiments
- Sky High – Strawberry Crunch -200mg THC-A Frozen
- Sky High – Ranch Dressing – 250mg THC-A Condiments
- Sky High – Green Apple Sorbet – 200 mg THC-A Frozen
- Sky High – Strawberry Gelato – 200 mg THC-A Frozen
- Sky High – Cookie Monster – 200mg THC-A – Frozen
The quarantine notice requests that all dispensaries and distributors immediately stop distribution and sales of these products. All remaining units of these products must be held in a separate, secure area and labeled in a manner to clearly indicate that they are under quarantine.
Please respond to this email with the following information for these products:
- Confirm receipt of this email
- Confirm that all remaining units of these products have been quarantined as required above
- Provide the Office with an itemized Inventory Report indicating the quantity of each product quarantined
Any licensed New York cannabis business found to have violated adult-use regulations will be subject to applicable penalties. As with all potential misconduct, the Office of Cannabis Management reviews any and all allegations and if warranted, conducts an investigation and makes a determination based on Cannabis Law and regulations.
