OLCC Recalls Cannabis Cookies
Products contain an undeclared allergen: milk
Portland, OR — The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) is issuing product recalls for cannabis edible cookies sold under the name Lissa’s Fresh Baked Cookie Bites that do not list the allergen milk in the “Contains” statement. The recall applies to the Snickerdoodle and Chocolate Chip versions of these cookies.
The issue was first identified by the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) Food Safety Program during a routine inspection of a marijuana retailer. The edibles may have been sold by up to 37 different recreational marijuana retailers to consumers in the state from approximately November 2023 to March 2025.
The OLCC is utilizing the state’s Cannabis Tracking System (CTS) to identify affected inventory and issue notices to retailers and other licensees to halt further distribution and sale. The product poses a risk to public health and safety and should not be sold or consumed.
The recall includes the flavors of cannabis cookies identified below:
Produced/Manufactured by C&R Oregon Corporation (License # 030-1001972282D) or Green Box MFG LLC (License # 030-1007608C8F5)

Consumers who purchased the recalled products should destroy them. The OLCC has not received any health-related complaints from the use of the recalled products. OLCC staff is continuing to work with retailer licensees to remove the products from being offered for sale, and an investigation is ongoing to determine what caused the product to be transferred and sold to consumers.
Consumers with health-related concerns about a recalled product should contact the Oregon Poison Center at 800-222-1222, or their medical provider. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
If consumers have other product-related complaints related to this recall, they should notify the OLCC at olcc.recalls@oregon.gov and include any information they have, including the consumer’s name and phone number, or alternative means of contact.
