The Division of Cannabis Regulation is notifying licensees that the guidance from Friday, 3.27.25 titled Advertising Marijuana Product Online has been revised and posted to the DCR Facility Communications and Guidance page as of March 31st, 2025.

- An image of a person holding a product package posted on the licensee’s social media profile.
