Application Window of the Regulatory Agency
The medical cannabis business license open application period for social equity applicants starts at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, March 1, 2024, and ends at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Available license types are limited to Retailer or Internet Retailer.
To help prospective applicants understand the application process, ABCA will host a virtual information session at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 6. Registration is required.
