Alternaleaf, a telehealth clinic for alternative healthcare services, has signed Australian comedian Dave Hughes as its first-ever celebrity ambassador.
Hughes is the star of Alternaleaf’s latest campaign, ‘Accessibility, Anywhere’, which highlights the importance of countrywide care for convenient telehealth access, regardless of a person’s postcode.
As someone who grew up in a regional area, Hughes said he got used to the fact that accessing healthcare services can be hard and stressful, and he’s thrilled to help spread awareness of Alternaleaf.
“It’s 2025, Aussies should have access to quality care, regardless of where they live in Australia,” Hughes said. “I’m stoked to be the face of Alternaleaf’s new campaign.
“Access to convenient telehealth services from the comfort of home is a no-brainer. I’m busy, Aussies are busy. I’m all for making life more convenient for everyone seeking alternative healthcare, and support Alternaleaf making this accessible country-wide.”
Tyler Wilchek, general manager of marketing at Alternaleaf, said: “We are delighted to announce Dave Hughes for our ‘Accessibility Anywhere’ campaign.
“Alternative health services is an emerging category in Australia and we’re excited to spark conversations with people like Dave, who are committed to helping Aussies understand their healthcare options.”
