Australia: Court hearing against CDA Clinics QLD and Ben Jansen put back until May

Legal proceedings against Vitura subsidiary CDA Clinics QLD and its former director Ben Jansen over alleged advertising breaches have been adjourned until May.

The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) lodged action against the parties in early December, accusing them of advertising breaches dating back to 2021.

The allegations relate to material published on the website and Facebook page of CDA Express, a now defunct business launched by CDA Clinics in April 2021, several months before the business merged with Vitura.

Vitura is in the process of deregistering  CDA Clinics QLD
