Involved in the medical cannabis and CBD hemp sectors from growing seeds and hemp crops to harvesting, extraction, processing manufacturing and final wholesale and retail sale online and offline in Australia, the USA, Europe and Asia
Qualifications & experience
- Graduate lawyer. Finance experience would be of assistance
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting the Executive Chairman and General Legal Counsel on a wide range of legal and commercial work in the medical cannabis / CBD hemp sector and in general matters to do with the Company’s proposed listing on ASX
- General legal work in the medical cannabis and CBD hemp sectors, researching and completing various required licence applications, agreements with domestic and international partners
- Working in the Executive Chairman’ office and home office as required on a range of legal and commercial matters
