The Department of Cannabis Control’s Cannabis Advisory Committee (CAC) will meet on Thursday, March 27, 2025.
Members will receive an update on the Department’s upcoming regulatory packages and will also discuss and vote on approval on the CAC’s Annual Report to the Legislature.

The Department looks forward to a robust conversation and public input to support meaningful regulatory updates that benefit all Californians.
The CAC is established in statute to advise the Department on the development of standards, best practices, and regulations that protect public health and safety and advance a safer, sustainable, equitable, and well-regulated cannabis market.
The meeting will be live-streamed and open to the public. Instructions for joining the meeting either virtually or in person are included in the agenda.
