A shipping container carrying olive oil and pottery from Morocco to Montreal was found to also contain millions of dollars worth of hashish earlier this year. The Canada Border Services Agency revealed Tuesday that 320 kilograms of hash were seized at the Port of Halifax on March 12.
Jacob Almakias and Shmaryahou Perez were arrested in Montreal and charged with importation of a controlled substance.
