A man has been reported for drug offences after police located a cannabis crop at Mawson Lakes today.
About 10.30am on Thursday 9 January, Detectives from Northern District CIB attended and searched an address on Lomond Circuit, Mawson Lakes.
Police located 11 x cannabis plants being grown hydroponically and approximately one kilogram of cannabis.
SA Power Networks attended and confirmed an electricity bypass was present.
The 70-year-old occupant was reported for cultivating at trafficable quantity of cannabis, trafficking a controlled drug, possess prescribed equipment and diverting electricity. He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
